This month brings reports that span multiple properties, full control over what appears in each report, a new table view for templates, and shareable links that open straight to a property or issue.
Reports across multiple properties
You can now build a report that spans multiple properties in one go. From the All Issues page on web, filter and select issues across all your properties and generate a single consolidated report, grouped by property, then by category, so putting together a crew or client report no longer means opening each property one at a time.
Choose what appears in your reports
You can now choose exactly what appears in a report. Open Options when building a report and toggle fields on or off, including the description, team notes, price, category, tags, priority, issue status, and the created-on date. It's an easy way to produce a clean crew-facing work guide or a polished client version from the same set of issues, on web and mobile.
Manage templates in a table view
Managing your issue templates just got easier. The Templates screen now has a table view that shows each template's details as columns, and you can sort by Name, Category, Priority, or Price, so you can scan and organize your whole template library without opening each one. Available on web.
Open a property or issue straight from a link
Need to point a teammate straight at the right place? You can now copy a link to any property or issue, and opening that link takes you directly to it in the app, on both web and mobile.
More improvements
Your reports have a cleaner, more professional look, with a new cover page design and a header and footer on every content page (property name, report title, your company details, and page numbers).
Report PDFs are tighter and more professional. We removed the forced page break between issue categories so issues flow continuously instead of leaving big gaps, and long issue descriptions wrap cleanly across pages instead of overflowing.
On web, the Re-sync button on a report now shows the date it was last changed or deleted.
On the property list (web), you can now edit Labels and the Last Inspected date right in the row. Click the cell to update it without opening the property, the same way inline Team editing already works.
Long issue titles now display cleanly everywhere. There is no character limit on titles.
You can now zoom into photos in the issue drawer to check the detail, and photo zoom on mobile has been fixed and improved on iOS, iPad, and Android.
The property map on web is snappier: your filters now apply to the map, and the popup when you hover a pin loads faster.
You can now remove assignees from a property on mobile.
Applying a template on mobile is faster, with a smoother, redesigned apply-template flow.
Templates can now include a Team notes field, so a default internal team note is set when you apply the template.
The mobile account screen now shows which user is signed in, along with your user details.
The create-property screen on web now points out that SiteDNA support can bulk-upload your property spreadsheet for you, with a link to learn how.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue that could sign you out unexpectedly, caused by expired token and refresh token handling, on mobile.
