Here's what we shipped in February, including offline mode, report sharing, and a polished PDF experience.
Offline mode on mobile
You can now capture issues and work with properties without cell service. Everything saves locally on your device and syncs automatically when you're back online, so you never lose work in the field, even in areas with spotty coverage.
Available on both iOS and Android.
Report naming and sharing
Reports can now be given a custom name when you create them, and you can share them directly from the app via text, email, AirDrop, or any other sharing option on your phone.
Apply templates to existing issues
You can apply a template to an issue you've already created to fill in details like category, tags, price, and description, helpful when you've captured photos quickly and want to add detail later.
Set cover photo
Choose which photo appears as the cover image for an issue. On mobile, press and hold a thumbnail and select "Set as cover photo". On web, click the three dots in the thumbnail photo and select "Set as cover photo".
Camera settings
Adjust your camera ratio and toggle timestamp display from the camera, giving you more control over how issue photos are captured.
PDF report improvements
PDF reports have been polished with consistent page margins, a footer on every page, and cleaner page breaks between categories.
More improvements
Edit tags and categories. Tags and categories can now be renamed or updated anytime from Company Settings on web.
Invite user flow. Streamlined email input handling when inviting new users.
Duplicate issues. Duplicated issues are automatically titled "Copy of [Original title]" for clarity.
Drag and drop for bulk creation. Drop images anywhere in a row when creating issues in bulk on web.
Bulk delete confirmation. Bulk deleting properties or reports requires a confirmation step.
Report viewer. Click any row in your report list to open it directly in the viewer.
Issue drawer polish. Improved spacing, hover states, and typography in the issue detail view on web.
Templates redesign. Refreshed template management interface on web.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with editing tags and categories on templates.
Fixed a display issue in PDFs when issue titles were created using iPhone voice dictation.
Fixed an issue with updating issue status.
Fixed the positioning of the add image button on the map view.
