What's New - April 2026

Pin grouping, "Created by" on issues, labels filter on mobile, search templates, refreshed issue drawer, report options on mobile, and bug fixes.

Written by Michelle Ennis

Here's what we shipped in April, including smarter maps, faster issue capture, and more control over your reports.

Pin grouping on the property map

When issues are close together on the property map, pins now group automatically and show a count, so your map stays clean at any zoom level. Tap a group to zoom in and see individual pins.

See who captured each issue

Every issue now shows a "Created by" field so you can see which team member captured it. This is especially helpful when multiple inspectors work the same property, you'll always know who flagged what.

Report options - hide price or cover photo

You can now customize what shows on your reports before sharing them. Use the options menu (bottom right of the report screen) to hide the price field or the cover photo, useful when sending quality control reports to crews who don't need to see pricing.

Labels filter on mobile

The property list on mobile now has a labels filter, so you can quickly narrow down to just your commercial, residential, or strata properties, or whatever labels you've set up. Tap the filter button at the bottom of your property list to get started.

Search your templates

On web, the Templates page now has a search bar so you can jump straight to the template you need.

Refreshed issue drawer & filters

We've redesigned the issue drawer and full-screen view on web with a cleaner layout, and updated the filter and sort controls on both mobile and web for a more polished experience.

More improvements

  • PDF file naming. Downloaded PDFs now include the property name, report name, and date in the filename for easier organization.

  • Street address line 2. Properties now support a second address line (suite, unit, floor). Enter it when creating a property and it displays across the app and reports.

  • Delete confirmations. Deleting issues or properties now requires a double confirmation so nothing gets removed by accident.

  • Labels get random colours. New labels are assigned a colour automatically, so your property list is visually organized right away.

  • Camera flow. After capturing an issue on mobile, you're routed back to the property view so you can keep working on the same site.

  • Report viewer on creation. The report viewer opens automatically after you create a report so you can review it right away.

  • Company ID on mobile. Your Company ID is now visible in the Account tab on the mobile app.

  • Expanded description area. The description field on mobile has a larger input area, giving you more room to capture detail on the go.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where image previews could appear broken when navigating with keyboard controls.

  • Fixed a bug where the address could lock up during property creation if you tapped back.

  • Resolved pin positioning issues when creating or deleting issues on the map.

  • Fixed a scrolling problem in the tags, categories, and templates lists on mobile.
