Each property has a Last Inspected date that you set manually after completing a site visit. The date appears on your property list as a colour-coded badge so you can see at a glance which sites are overdue. This date only changes when you update it, so adding issues or reports won't affect it.
Setting the last inspection date
On web
Open the property you want to update.
Click the Last inspected badge (it will show INSPECTIONS OFF if no date has been set yet).
Make sure the Inspections toggle is turned on.
Select the date from the calendar.
On mobile
Open the property you want to update.
Tap the Last inspected date or badge near the top of the property.
Make sure the Inspections toggle is turned on.
Select the date from the calendar and tap Save.
Understanding the colour-coded badges
Your property list shows how long it's been since each property was inspected using colour-coded badges.
Green. Within your first threshold (recently inspected).
Yellow. Past your first threshold but within your second (getting overdue).
Red. Past your second threshold (overdue).
Customizing your thresholds
You can adjust when badges change colour to match your company's inspection cadence.
Go to Company Settings > Preferences.
Under Property inspection date thresholds, set the number of days for Yellow after and Red after.
Use the Preview below the fields to see how your badges will look.
Click Save.
Turning inspections off for a property
If you no longer service a property or don't need to track inspections on it, you can turn inspections off so the badge shows INSPECTIONS OFF instead of counting up indefinitely.
Open the property.
Click or tap the Last inspected badge.
Turn the Inspections toggle off.
Good to know
The Last Inspected date is set manually. It does not update automatically when you add issues or create reports.
You can sort your property list by last inspection date to see your most overdue properties first.
Only users with permission to edit properties can set or change the inspection date.
Threshold settings apply to your entire company account - all users will see the same colours.
