You can assign one or more team members to any property so your team knows who's responsible for each site. Team members appear on the property list and inside the property, and you can filter your property list by team member.
On web
Adding team members
You can add team members from two places.
From the property list: Click + Add team members in the Team column next to the property you want to update.
From inside a property: Click + Add team members in the top right corner of the property detail page.
Both options open a panel titled with the property name and "team." Type a name or email into the Add name or email... field, select the person from the list, and click
Add.
You can repeat this to add as many team members as you need.
Filtering by team member
From the Properties page, click the Team dropdown in the filter bar.
Select one or more team members from the list.
Your property list will update to show only properties where those people are assigned.
On mobile
Adding team members
Open the property you want to update.
Tap the team icon in the top right corner of the property.
If no one is assigned yet, you'll see "No team members assigned." Tap Add in the top right.
Search by name or email, then tap the team member(s) you want to add.
Once assigned, team member avatars will appear on the property card in your property list.
Filtering by team member
From the Properties list, tap the Team dropdown in the bottom bar.
Search or select the team member you want to filter by.
Your list will update to show only their properties.
Good to know
You can assign as many team members as you need to a single property.
All team members are equal. There are no separate roles within the team field.
Only users who have been invited to your company account will appear in the search. To invite new users, go to Company Settings > Users > Invite users.
Removing a team member from a property does not remove them from your account.
