One reason this can happen is that you signed up for a brand-new account instead of joining your company's existing one. New accounts start empty, so none of the properties, issues, or reports your company already set up will be there. To get access, you need an invite to the existing account from one of your company's admins.
How to tell if this is what happened
You just created your account and it's completely empty or you only see a sample property in there.
You don't see any of the properties your company already added.
You're pretty sure your company already uses SiteDNA.
How to fix it
Ask one of your company's admins to invite you to the existing SiteDNA account. They can do this from How do I invite other users?. If you're not sure who your admin is, reach out in chat and we'll help you find the right person.
Watch for the invite email and follow the link to join. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Log in through the invite. Your company's properties and data will now be there.
If you already added things to the empty account
If you created any properties or issues in the new account before realizing it was separate, let us know in chat. We can move that work over to the correct account on our end so nothing is lost.
Good to know
Signing up with your work email creates a new, separate company account unless you were invited to an existing one. Being invited is what connects you to your company's setup.
