What should I do if my site walk issues didn't save?

Learn how to recover site walk issues that didn't sync, including what to do if you see a retry banner or need to update the app.

If your issues didn't sync after a site walk, you can recover them in a few steps. Most of the time a quick retry is all it takes.

Steps

If you see a banner in the app:

  1. Tap Review in the banner.

  2. Tap Retry.

  3. If the retry doesn't work, send us a message with your company name and as much information as possible:

    1. Property name

    2. Date and time of when the attempt was made

If you don't see a banner (older app version):

  1. Do NOT delete the app.

  2. Go to your device's app store and update SiteDNA to the latest version.

  3. Once updated, open the app, and your issues should appear.

If you have the latest version and you don't see a banner and the data is missing:

  1. Send us a message with your company name and as much information as possible:

    1. Property name

    2. Date and time of when the attempt was made

    3. Images of the issue

Good to Know

  • Deleting and reinstalling the app may cause you to lose unsynced data, always update instead.

  • The retry banner only appears in newer versions of the app.
